Dosing
Truffles: The pre-measured microdoses weigh 1 gram, this is a quantity that works well for most microdosers, but not for all. Everyones tolerance to psilocybin varies, finding the dose that is optimal for you is known as "finding your sweet spot" learn more about his process here.

Routine
We reccomend following the Fadiman protocol in which you take a microdose every 3 days;
This is a recommended protocol as it helps lower the rate at which you build a tolerance- meaning you can microdose for 6-8 weeks before needing a 2 week break to give the brain and body enough time to reset to a baseline tolerance. Learn more about this protocol and others here.
Storage
Our microdoses are a fresh product, they can be kept in a refrigerator for up to 6 weeks and one week outside the fridge. You can store our capsules in a dry and dark environment such as a kitchen cupboard.
We make a conscious decision to not vacuum seal our truffles to minimise upsetting stomachs and preserve their potency. Our microdoses are packaged with a small amount of oxygen to preserve their vitality. Occasionally you may notice a white mould-like growth on them. This is simply their natural root system attempting to regrow. It is completely harmless and safe to consume.
